Yes, If you do not have your monthly tag number please contact us.
Where is my monthly tag number?
Your monthly tag is located in the lower left hand corner of your windshield.(e.g. 12345+678910)
I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
Please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.
Can I change my plan type online?
No, please visit the wash location to change plans.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

Always hard working team, and so many packages. You can spend choose what suits your budget, whether its a basic wash or inside and out with a wax on the exterior. I haven’t tried the full package yet but its the best rate I’ve seen and I’m going to give it a try this summer!
